The Rural Task Force recommendation being implemented by the FCC requires the Commission to certify funding expenditures plans for Alabama's Rural LECs as well as the state's Non-Rural LECs. RECOMMEND: Issuance of an order requiring Alabama Rural LEC's to submit USF expenditure plans for 2002. DOCKET 28091(G) Generic Proceeding to Consider Terms and Conditions for Collocation. This matter arises from the Commission's decision in the BellSouth/Intermedia arbitration to formally establish a generic investigation into the terms and conditions that should be established for collocation.
